DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
After our initial meeting, we provide a project contract. Upon your review, we initiate the design phase. As a full service interior design firm, we guide you through each stage, from the initial consultation to architectural planning, contractor selection, curation of materials and furnishings, and procurement management. We handle all aspects of the design process.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
The accredited project manager oversees the progress of permits and all necessary procedures for each construction project. At this phase, the chosen design serves as the fundamental framework and encompasses general contracting, business planning, and project management responsibilities.
EXECUTE CONSTRUCTION
We handle all construction processes from inception to completion. By executing the entire construction based on a predetermined design, we can enhance client satisfaction even further.
